The atmosphere felt overly restrained: dry, dull, and lacking much interest. To my surprise, there was no music at all—only the hum of nearby conversations and the clinking of cutlery. The waiters’ faces reflected the same seriousness: focused and collected, they carried out their tasks as if under the command of a captain.▫️From the prix fixe menu:• Mediterranean fish soup — essentially a broth without substance, but acceptable as a starter;• Veal Wiener schnitzel with potatoes and outstanding steamed vegetables — tender and definitely recommended;• A well-executed orange crème brûlée with a delicate, crispy sesame tuile.▫️From the à la carte:Grilled squid, which we expected to arrive as a separate dish, instead appeared as part of a huge portion of black risotto. The black risotto was nicely done — classic, straightforward, nothing fancy.Overall, it’s a decent place. If I lived nearby, I might drop by occasionally to satisfy hunger — but certainly not for the atmosphere, which is precisely what one usually seeks when going out to dine.
