Elegant, art-bedecked, Parisian-style cafe-restaurant serving French-influenced fare.

The atmosphere is that of a classic Parisian boulevard café, while the menu features all the French cafe staples: steak frites, onion soup, tartare, croque monsieur, pastries, macarons.Escargots weren’t actually on the menu, but they had some in the kitchen - and the chef kindly agreed to prepare two portions for us. Though, honestly, they were not the best escargots I’ve had in my life. One more downside:- the fries were extremely greasy, to the point where even finishing half the portion felt difficult. On the plus side:- when you order an Americano coffee, they bring what feels like a one-litre coffee pot, with milk included - very appreciated by people who often don’t get enough sleep (me);- the children’s menu is actually quite decent: burger, fries (still greasy), fruit salad, plus little things like colouring activities to keep kids entertained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though occasionally a bit disorganised - for example, the fruit salad arrived before the main course.I would come back here more for the atmosphere and the Parisian vibe, but for the actual meal I’d probably choose somewhere else instead
