Contemporary hotel brasserie & bar with outdoor seating offering modern global fare.
Write reviewThe service was slow throughout our visit. We had to remind staff about our order, ask for menus multiple times, and wait a long time for our food. The restaurant wasn't even particularly busy - just a full terrace and a few occupied tables inside. Meanwhile, groups of waiters seemed to be standing around... looking busy rather than actually being busy.As for the food:"Pesto Green Barley Risotto, black olive, St Tola goats cheese" - I could clearly taste the barley and olive oil, with occasional bites of goat's cheese. The cheese itself was lovely and pleasantly mild. However, the flavours didn't quite work together."Chicken Milanese, lemon zest, capers, rocket, Parmesan, French fries". In my opinion, it was a little bland and could have used more seasoning. That said, it's a decent, straightforward dish. If you're dining with children, it's probably a safe option. The wait for dessert was exceptionally long. It genuinely felt as though the macarons were being baked from scratch. The presentation was also rather underwhelming, although I can't fault the taste.Another service issue: some drinks arrived, others never did. I'm still curious about the selection process. We eventually cancelled one of the drinks because waiting an eternity for a glass of champagne wasn't particularly appealing. Was there anything special that would make me come here intentionally? Definitely not.And considering the service issues, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
