A personal approach, a pinch of humour and complete expertise.What to order:- “Dunghar Paneer Tikka, Kaju Masala”Pressed cow’s milk cheese, cashew nuts, green peas.- “Original BBQ Butter Chicken Chops”Suffolk chicken thighs (Suffolk is a county in the east of England), cashew nut and ghee masala, coriander. Incredibly tender chicken. Don’t forget to order rice or bread on the side, although your waiter will remind you anyway.I’m no sommelier, but we were recommended a French champagne from a small boutique house, not a big-name label, and it was excellent.For dessert:- “Amritsari Strawberry Kulfa”A perfect cooling option after all the 🔥 dishes above.Highly recommend!
