Upscale French Mediterranean food served in a polished dining room that has a bar.
Write reviewLPM, or “La Petite Maison”, is a successful international restaurant group with locations in London, Dubai, Miami, Riyadh, and several other cities. The London restaurant has been welcoming guests since 2007 - an impressive achievement in such a competitive dining scene. The atmosphere is lively and bustling. Step inside and you’ll find a bright, elegant dining room, with colourful artwork on the walls and vibrant tomatoes and lemons decorating each table. No visit to a French restaurant is complete for me without:-“Escargots de Bourgogne” -snails served with garlic butter and herbs. Absolutely no complaints here.I would also recommend:-“Crevettes Tièdes à l’Huile d’Olive” - warm prawns dressed with olive oil and fresh lemon juice. For my main course selection, I decided to try one of the seasonal dishes:-“Rigatoni aux Morilles” - a rich and creamy pasta with morel mushrooms, served hot and generously coated in an aromatic sauce.Among the main courses, I would particularly recommend:-“Canard à l’Orange” - wonderfully tender duck with a beautifully glazed, crisp skin. For dessert, apple tart served with a scoop of ice cream, as well as the banana sorbet.A restaurant I will undoubtedly return to many times.
