The presentation is impressive. Visually, every dish is beautifully executed. When it came to flavour, however, the experience was far more questionable. From the lunch menu, where you choose three courses, I would recommend the following:To start:-Celeriac “Cacio e Pepe” - celeriac cut into noodle-like strands, filled with a creamy centre, finished with grated cheese and drops of balsamic vinegar.Main course:-Stuffed Corn-Fed Chicken, tender chicken breast with a flawless texture.Dessert:-Peruvian Chocolate / Hazelnut / Gianduja / Salted Caramel. The remaining dishes left me with more questions than enjoyment. The biggest disappointment was the lobster. "Poached Blue Lobster" - comes with a supplement on top of the set menu price, yet the flavour ranged from bland to genuinely unpleasant. Considering that I did not feel particularly well after the meal, it inevitably raised concerns about the freshness and quality of the product.I would also not recommend:-Acquerello Risotto / Beetroot / Taleggio / RadicchioFor a starter, this dish is quite heavy. It feels more like a main course, making it difficult to fully enjoy the dishes that follow. The service was professional and attentive. No complaints there. The interior combines several design styles, featuring exposed brick walls, marble tables, brass accents and soft lighting. It is elegant and refined, although not particularly cosy.Unfortunately, despite the beautiful presentation and high standard of service, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
